Check the billing specification identifier

PEPPOL-EN16931-R004 - This rule checks the Peppol Billing identifier prefix and rejects a double-colon sequence in the identifier.

How to fix it

For the supported Billing profile, use the identifier below as CustomizationID. Do not substitute a self-billing identifier or the business-process ProfileID.

Example

<cbc:CustomizationID>urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017#compliant#urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:3.0</cbc:CustomizationID>

Examples are illustrative fragments, not complete invoices. Validate the complete document after applying a fix.
