What Auditwolf proves and what it does not
- Does Auditwolf decide whether a website is legally compliant?
- No. Auditwolf records what its controlled browser observed and evaluates that observation against the rules you configured. It does not provide a legal opinion.
- What does a page evidence capture contain?
- A standard capture can include a full-page screenshot, HTML, visible text, network and response metadata, the browser profile, rule results, artifact hashes and membership in the signed audit record.
- Can evidence be checked outside the Auditwolf portal?
- Yes. Downloaded bundles carry the files and proofs needed for strict offline verification against a trusted Auditwolf public key. The public verifier is also available without an account.
- What happens when a page has not changed?
- A fresh successful capture still uses one credit because it creates a new observation for a new point in time. Auditwolf infrastructure failures do not consume credits.
