Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026
This policy applies to all Ironfang products, including Renderwolf. It exists to keep the platform safe, legal and fast for everyone. If something here would block a legitimate use case you have, talk to us - there is usually a sanctioned way to do it.
You may not use our services to:
- Render, generate or distribute content that is illegal in the UK - including child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or material that infringes others' intellectual property rights.
- Create deceptive content: phishing pages, fake invoices or receipts presented as genuine, impersonation of other people or organisations, or fraudulent documents.
- Probe, scan or attack networks - including using render requests to reach private, internal or link-local addresses, or to circumvent access controls on third-party systems (we block this technically; attempting it is grounds for suspension).
- Harvest or scrape content in breach of a site's terms or applicable law, or render pages behind authentication you are not entitled to access.
- Abuse the platform mechanically: circumventing quotas or rate limits, creating multiple free accounts, reselling raw access without our written agreement, or submitting workloads designed to degrade service for others.
Enforcement
We may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy - immediately and without refund for serious or illegal abuse; with notice and a chance to fix things for minor or accidental breaches. Where the law requires it, we report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
Reporting abuse
If you believe an Ironfang service is being used abusively, report it via the contact form. We investigate every report.
